Bahrain International Airport's Dilmun Lounge has been voted the best in Middle and Africa.

The annual award comes from Priority Pass, the largest independent airport lounge membership programme.

It offers access to 600 airport VIP lounges worldwide.

H. E. Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa yesterday received Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) chairman Fawzi Kanoo and chief executive Phil Bowell, who presented him with the award.

He congratulated them and praised BAS' efforts in upgrading services for customers.
