Strategy Implementation & Business Improvement

The Strategy Implementation & Business Improvement division is responsible for facilitating the development of initiatives to accomplish the goals and strategy of BAC. This includes overseeing and advising on strategic planning, goal setting, evaluating programs, procedures and operations, as well as budget & resource allocation. Strategic Implementation & Business Improvement consists of the following departments:

  • Quality Management System
  • Business Improvement
  • Program Management Office
  • Strategy Development & Implementation
