Tahleeq

The Graduates Trainee Program (Tahleeq) is a capacity building program for new leaders within different disciplines in the new Airport Modernization Program. BAC with the support from Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications (MTT) and Tamkeen offer participants a unique opportunity to learn and grow, to contribute on key project and to prepare for future leading responsibilities. The program participants will be placed in various disciplines within the project ensuring they gain full insight into our company from different perspectives. Coaching and mentoring will be provided to participants by experienced and qualified mentors within the consultancy firms accompanied by the continuous support from BAC mentors to ensure effective skill transfer.

Through the program young graduates will have the opportunity to start a career within BAC and given the chance to demonstrate their skills and potential, not only through daily assignments but also by being involved in different activities aiming to increase their visibility within the organization.

With on the job training, knowledge sharing sessions and selected external soft and professional skills courses, participants will have the best possible opportunity to develop and realize their professional and personal development and become a key contributor on the BAC team.

Targeted beneficiaries

BAC is looking for talented and ambitious Bahrainis within the following disciplines:

  • Engineering
  • Airport Operations
  • Information Technology
  • Facilities Management

 

Eligibility criteria

The candidates should:

  • Hold a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Management, Aerospace, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science. 
  • Have graduated within the top 15 – 20% of chosen discipline.
  • Have a high level of written and oral communication skills in both Arabic and English languages. 
  • Have a genuine interest in the Aviation sector.
  • Show initiative, creative thinking and leadership abilities
  • High willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • One year work experience is preferred

 

Terms and Condition

  • Be expected to commit to staying with agreed program period at a minimum.
  • Be expected to work within BAC following its training investment for at least an additional 2 years.
